MG Decks were one of three companies I invited to bid on my deck project in a building I owned in the downtown area. They were the most impressive company with lots of interesting work. Sam, who visited my property, had some very creative ideas, which was the main selling point Long story Short: 1) They started the project on time 2) completed the work about a week EARLY 3) The final price came in not one dollar over the estimate. Sam is a man of his word, and you can’t put a price on that.

Wow! Wow! WOW! Husband and I received quotes from 5 contractors and out of all of them we decided to go with ChicagoLand. Their prices are very reasonable. The quality of work and materials used…….hands down the BEST!!! I love how they provided turf and paver samples, very helpful when planning your backyard. Yes, you can definitely get cheaper quotes and better deals but TRUST ME the quality won’t be there, ask my neighbors! They regret their decision and we don’t! Our backyard is beautiful thanks to ChicagoLand….and I can’t wait to get outdoor furniture!

Building a house comes with an enormous headache every day. ChicagoLand has helped beyond explanation. After speaking with 4 other pool and backyard customers we weren’t fully satisfied with our bids. We decided to give ChicagoLand a call and within a day Sam (the owner) was out to give us an estimate. After loving Sam’s ideas and creativity (along with price) we decided to move forward and have our pool done by them. Two days later we had a tractor digging our pool, the day after that we had the rebar done, and a few days after that we had a concrete shell. I couldn’t believe my eyes. We decided to go with pavers for our hardscaping since Sam guarantees his work and we are now working on our driveway, side yards, and complete backyard.
